Pantries can be difficult to keep organized at the best of times. Groceries come in and pile up quickly. Often items get pushed to the back, go unnoticed and end up expiring before they can be found and used.
The key for this pantry organizaton was to first pull everything out to determine what items had expired, identify if there were items no longer wanted that could be donated, and which items were to return to the pantry. When setting up the pantry, we put similar items together on each shelf so it would be easier going forward to know where to find items when needed and where to put items when restocking the pantry.
